Discover Goalball
Discover Goalball (SEP Code DISC1912001) is a Learn-to-Play programme that aims to rouse participants’ interest in the sport of Goalball.
Participants will learn the fundamental skills and basic rules by participating actively in Lead Up™ Goalball, which is a modified version of the Paralympic game, as well as get a glimpse of the actual Goalball game.
- Learn the Fundamental Techniques of Goalball (Blocking & Rolling)
- Understand the rules of Lead Up Goalball
- Participate in Lead Up Goalball games, with a national Goalball athlete

This programme is suitable for upper primary students and above.
An indoor area like school hall or ISH, with about 3 to 4 badminton courts’ space.
We would also require a projector screen.
The environment has to be relatively quiet, thus ideally there should be no other activities going on in the hall at the same time.
Yes! Discover Goalball is an SEP endorsed programme, programme code: DISC1912001.
Athlete Development is the sole appointed programme provider by Goalball Singapore. Discover Goalball is also the only Goalball exposure programme conducted by national Goalball athletes.
