CYC Mindset Programme

Resilience is a skill that can be learnt, and the Paralympic sport of Goalball provides a thriving context for you to learn the thinking skills associated with Resilience and the Growth Mindset. Participants will be guided by our blind athletes (No kidding!) as they physically and emotionally cope with the challenges of playing a game blind.

The learning doesn’t stop after the game ends. You will also learn to apply the same thinking skills to cope with your own challenges.

Improved confidence

Results from our pre and post programme indicates that most participants report an increase in their level of confidence to overcome challenges after the programme.
